Equip 2 thrive develops and implements comprehensive programs for youth organizations, schools, homeschools, and camps that strengthen skills, communication, and creativity through hands-on activities and trainings.

I have over 30 years of experience in youth development. It is based on a practical combination of education and work experiences. My many years of experience working as a National Recruiter, Community Center Director, 4-H Program Director, YMCA Director, Physical Education Teacher and Coach have equipped me with the necessary tools to effectively instruct and assist people toward social, emotional, and personal development

Work and volunteer opportunities have given me the experience to facilitate groups and provide instruction to youth and adults at several different levels and in a variety of situations. In this respect, I am highly capable of training, planning, presenting, implementation, coordination, and instruction.

I am a dedicated individual who can provide a creative approach to help build, manage and grow your programs.
