With over 30 years of experience in youth development, Equip 2 Thrive Leadership is built on a foundation of education and hands-on work experiences. From serving as a National College Recruiter, Community Center Director, 4-H Program Director, and YMCA Director, to working as a Physical Education Teacher and Coach, I have gained the essential tools to guide individuals toward social, emotional, and personal growth.

Through a blend of professional roles and volunteer opportunities, I have honed my ability to facilitate groups and provide impactful instruction to youth and adults across various levels and settings. My expertise spans training, planning, presenting, implementation, coordination, and instruction—ensuring programs are not only effective but inspiring.
